Everything in life is often a question of perspective, our approach to events and situations condition our present and future actions. In the case of immigrants that we receive in our organizations when we put ourselves in a humanitarian perspective of reception we will implicitly promote integration actions. Indeed I will always want to give to the one I consider to be more deprived than me.
Now let’s change perspective a bit: the immigrant is poor, it’s true of my culture or the habits of my society, but he’s rich in his. Therefore learn from its culture and its society for me to identify the products or services that could meet the needs of a new market and especially how to promote it while limiting my business development costs.
It is time for our society to stop considering migration just on the level of good action but on the HUMANITARIAN level. HUMANITARIAN for me is to recognize recognize and seek in each human his share of wealth and human genius in each of us. And to work on what this wealth and this genius immerses for our mutual enrichment.

Remember that condescension often accompanies the discourse we have towards the poor. Respect and deference accompanies the speech towards the one who is for me a source of enrichment.
Condescension will arouse a feeling of frustration and rejection from the person who is the object of it. Respect and deference will give the individual a value that he will generally want to make sure he deserves.
